Position Overview 
North American Corporation is currently seeking a Strategy and Marketing Analyst. This newly created role will report to the Director of Strategy and Marketing with the following over-arching objectives: 
  • Supporting the development of our “Beyond the Product” value proposition and NSIGHT assessment methodology.
  • Conducting our NSIGHT assessment methodology with prospective customers.
  • Evaluating future growth opportunities for NAC in the form of new products and service offerings that are complementary to our current business.
The following types of tasks will support achievement of these objectives:
  • Collecting and analyzing potential customer data.
  • Reviewing the sales territory model and analyzing / synthesizing conclusions.
  • Improving customer segmentation strategies, defining sub-segments, identifying territories and quantifying earnings potential.
  • Analyzing and defining customer opportunities using the "Beyond The Product" and NSIGHT methodologies.
  • Helping to refine the "Beyond The Product" and NSIGHT methodologies based on project experiences.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for customer program implementations.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will possess the following capabilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, computer science or other related discipline. MBA a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Strong interest in analysis, marketing, consulting, logistics, operations and/or supply chain.
  • Exceptional analytical and logical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experienced and comfortable working in a team environment.
  • Highly proficient with Excel and other Microsoft applications (intermediate to advanced level functions).
  • Proven detailed organization and project management skills.
